WHERE DOES IT HURT, a three day mini-course that puts you in charge of how you feel.

I have always been a student of human behavior.  It totally fascinates me.

And, I have experienced my fair share of pain through the years. Some of it was very explainable, like that bad ankle sprain in a rugby match in college or the stitches in my head when my brother chased me into the coffee table.

But there was also the pain that I experienced as I got older in my joints, neck, stomach and back.  It would have been easy to say it’s simply age, but it’s not. Working with professionals in assorted aspects of health and wellness who I was fortunate to interact with through our business, Bottom Line Inc., I came to understand the significant link between our thoughts, our actions and our feelings… including the feelings of pain or no-pain.

That experience and knowledge has been consolidated into my three-day mini-course, WHERE DOES IT HURT.  Join me and see how much better you can feel.
